Group Classes

Classes are fun, revitalizing, and inspirational, where you will be pushed to your personal limits in the best way possible to find strength and flexibility in both your inner and outer Self. My goal is to provide you with personal attention in a safe and comfortable environment where you can learn the physical practice of yoga, how to align the body, connect with the depths of your heart, and fine emotional equipoise. Additionally, I guide you incorporate what you learn on the mat to bring it off the mat and into your daily life.

Group Classes

In classes, you will refine your posture by learning proper breathing techniques and how they relate to your alignment and posture. With a clear mind, your heart can open in a supportive environment where you can take your yoga experience to the next level. All classes are drop in and in the Group Room at 17 S Highland St., West Hartford, CT.
