Typically, a Yoga Therapist will complete an intake interview with you in order to get to know you and your concerns. Depending on the nature of your issue(s) there may be a physical evaluation as well. Once we have decided on a course of action the process of teaching you practices will begin to help with your condition. Often, you will be given a program to work on and will have follow up appointments to make sure you are improving.
